Nestled in the side of Pine Mountain, in the shadow of Cove and Bluff Mountains, the resort is located just 1/2 mile off of Wears Valley Road (US Highway 321) along the eastern boundary of Lost Branch Road.

Driving Directions from East or North
Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Northeast Tennessee
From Interstate 40:
- Take Exit 407 South to Highway 66.
- Merge right onto 441 South.
- Follow 441 South through Sevierville and into Pigeon Forge.
- Turn right at Wears Valley Road (Stoplight # 3).
- Follow Wears Valley Road for approximately 3 miles.
- After proceeding through the light at Walden Creek Road, take a slight left onto Lost Branch Road. (You will see a Wood Carving Station and Comcast Building at this turn.)
- Follow Lost Branch Road for approximately 0.5 miles to arrive at MacAllan Ridge (will be on the left).
Driving Directions from West or South
Georgia, Alabama, Florida, West and Middle Tennessee
From Interstate 40 or from McGhee Tyson International Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, Tennessee:
- Take I-140 East toward Alcoa.
- Follow I-140 East for approximately 10 miles.
- Take Exit 11A (Alcoa Hwy) toward Alcoa.
- In approximately 3.5 miles, merge onto TN-35 S via the ramp on the left toward Maryville / US 321 N.
- Follow US 321 N, driving through Maryville and toward Townsend, for approximately 17 miles.
- Turn left onto Wears Valley Road at the stoplight.
- Follow Wears Valley Road for approximately 12 miles.
- Turn right onto Lost Branch Road. (You will see a Wood Carving Station and Comcast Building right before the turn.)
- Follow Lost Branch Road for approximately 0.5 miles to arrive at MacAllan Ridge (will be on the left).
